Until recently this Grade 1 listed mansion had suffered years of neglect and poor adaptation,
resulting in the second floor of the house, and the service wing, falling into a state of dereliction.
Extensive remedial works are required to the house and stables to bring all areas back into use, and to
ensure this important property survives for future generations.
Our clients have commissioned us to undertake
conservation and conversion works to provide a high-quality hotel (main house) and self-catering holiday units
(stable block).
Following client approval a scheme was submitted to the Local Authority for Planning and Listed Building Consent. This submission includes biomass heating throughout (wood pellet) and solar water heating.
