Under previous ownership this Grade 1 listed mansion had suffered years of neglect and poor adaptation.

Following client approval of our ‘masterplan’ and subsequent detailed scheme proposal, and achieving statutory consents, extensive conservation and repair works are currently being carried out to the house. These works, including appropriate redecoration, seek to ensure that this important property survives for future generations.

It is intended that the property open as a five star hotel in 2012.
