We were commissioned to provide design, specification, and contract administration services, for the conservation, remodelling and enlargement of this late 19th century building, comprising retail premises and three-storey apartment.

The project involved appropriate, contemporary intervention, together with sympathetic refurbishment, and conservation works.

Our conservation experience and passion for contemporary design were both employed in this project.
