Planning Success

Catalina Architecture recently gained planning consent for Phase 2 (to centre-left of the image) of this remodelling project. Phase 1 (to centre-right of the image) was designed by our earlier incarnation, LCRW Architects, gaining planning consent in 2007. This modern proposal to the house, over the village of Aberarth, and which overlooks Cardigan Bay, is to the same aesthetic and ethos as Phase 1.
